Controller
Data collected
Steadline currently collects the data you enter into the decision-input form:
- name
- company
- email address
- review request details, current stage, recipients, risks, required next outcome, and optional context
The form also processes limited technical anti-abuse data:
- a hidden honeypot field
- a form timing field used to detect automated submissions
- a hashed IP-based throttle record used to rate-limit repeated submissions
Purposes
Steadline uses this data to:
- assess whether the request fits the bounded review scope
- respond to the request
- prepare the next review or pilot response
- keep an intake record
- protect the website and form from spam or automated abuse
Legal basis
For the current intake flow, Victor S. relies on legitimate interests to handle inbound review requests and protect the form from abuse. Where a submission is specifically aimed at obtaining a review or proposal, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement.
See Legal for the currently published identity behind steadline.co.
Recipients
Submission data is stored in protected intake files on the website hosting environment. If a webhook or automation endpoint is configured later, the same submission is forwarded to that processor for operational handling.
Steadline does not publish intake submissions on the public website.
Transfers
The default site setup does not intentionally transfer form data outside the website hosting environment. If an external webhook, CRM, or automation provider is enabled later, international transfers occur according to that provider's infrastructure and safeguards.
Retention
Decision-input submissions are retained for up to 12 months after submission unless a longer period is necessary to handle an active commercial or delivery relationship. Anti-abuse throttle records are retained for up to 30 days.
Rights
Request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing where applicable by writing to contact@steadline.co.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
